Online procedure and video conference

• You can handle numerous corporate law notarial matters online with us. We start the video procedure at your request by sending a registration link to your e-mail address. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, you can register under the following link and send us a request for a notarial online procedure:  online.notar.de.

• We can also hold meetings by video conference by prior arrangement. Feel free to contact us!

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 17:00. Meetings and notarization appointments with your notary in Ludwigshafen outside these times are possible by special arrangement.

Our reception is located on the 5th floor at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Strasse 16 in the center of Ludwigshafen, the gateway to the Palatinate, in the heart of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. An elevator is available to ensure barrier-free access.

In our office area, which includes Ludwigshafen am Rhein with all districts (Friesenheim, Gartenstadt, Maudach, Mundenheim, Nord-Hemshof and West, Oggersheim, Oppau, Edigheim and Pfingstweide, Ruchheim, Rheingönheim, Mitte and Süd), Altrip, Limburgerhof, Maxdorf and Neuhofen, it is possible to conduct notarizations and meetings outside our premises, e.g. at your home.

Parking

You can park on our four kostenfreien Kundenparkplätzen, davon einer mit 22 kW-Ladestation. Sie erreichen  our pitches through the gateway to the left of “Zeeman”. After passing through the gate, you will find our marked parking spaces in the parking area on the right.

You will also find paid parking spaces in the Bürgerhof parking garage, accessible from Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße (entrance next to VR-Bank Rhein-Neckar) or Bahnhofstraße.

Public transportation

You can reach us in just a few minutes by public transport, including from the central hub of Mannheim main station.
